Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Anxiety and Depression (8-week program)
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy combines the practice of mindfulness meditation with the tools of cognitive therapy for working with depression and anxiety. This program runs for 9 weeks (orientation plus an 8 week course) and begins in January 2012:

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (8-week Program)
This program is designed to teach participants how to integrate and apply mindfulness into their everyday lives and to apply it to the range of challenges arising from medical, psychological conditions and life stresses. This program runs for 9 weeks (orientation plus an 8 week course) and includes 6 Practice Support sessions starting in January 2012.

These sessions will take place on the last Thursday of each month and will review core concepts, delve deeper into mindfulness and cognitive therapy practices and help participants re-establish or deepen their practice.

Why Meditate: A Beginner's Guide
This 6 session series (1.5 hours each) will introduce participants to the basics of mindfulness based practice and a variety of meditation techniques. Bringing mindfulness and meditation into every day life assists us to be in the present moment and deal creatively with difficult thoughts, feelings and situations whenever they arise.
