Lumino’s Credo

Authenticity

Authenticity is about being present and curious in the face of that which repeatedly arises, in our own minds, and in relationship to others.

Humour

Humour can make the emotionally difficult more accessible, lighten up our sense of self-importance and loosen our attachments.

Impermanence

Life is impermanent. This awareness helps us to work with vulnerability, reactivity and uncertainty.

Intention

It is essential to nurture a regular practice that supports our values. Awareness of interdependence helps us be humble, be compassionate and find friendship.

Magic

Magic is stepping into the unknown, with humility and no pre-conceptions about what “should” be.  Magic loosens the shackles of judgment and transforms our view.
