Awakening Thoughts

" The 4 noble truths leads to the 8 fold path which leads to the 4 noble truths which leads… Constant spiraling, processional path.

Understanding anguish (dukkha), (as well as the totality of the human condition) leads to letting go of craving, which leads to realizing its cessation, which leads to cultivating the path. These are not four separate activities but four phases within the process of awakening. Understanding matures into letting go; letting go culminates in realization; realization impels cultivation.

Awakening to a way of being in the world which is continually surprising, new joys and crises. At each moment we are called upon according to values, vision, understanding, speech, action, livelihood."
